Aon Ireland is inviting you to apply for the role of Motor Claims Advocate. This hybrid role allows work from our Dublin office or virtually, with day-to-day responsibility for first notification of loss, client updates, and advocacy throughout the life cycle of motor claims.

The role emphasizes developing each colleague and collaborating with placement teams, underwriters and experts to achieve settlements. Aon supports flexible working and a strong learning culture.

Qualifications

• Must be Accredited under the Minimum Competency Requirements, and provide evidence of CPD returns.
• Strong knowledge of claims coverage issues and wordings.
• Functional knowledge of claims management process, insurance markets, regulatory environment, and advocacy for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on coverage to facilitate settlement and payment of motor claims for clients.
• Coordinate discussions/meetings to ensure clear communication between client, underwriter and representatives.
• Assist in negotiation for payment and settlement of claims with clients and underwriters.
• Monitor and liaise with third party providers (loss adjusters, lawyers, surveyors, engineers)
• Support pre-renewal meetings, placing and renewal negotiations.
