Job summary

CarTrawler is seeking a Talent, Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver learning across digital, live and blended formats. You’ll own programmes, partner with People teams and use data to improve capability and performance. You’ll also manage the LMS and explore AI-enabled approaches to scale learning across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Learning & Development or related area with strong knowledge of adult learning principles, modern learning design practices and blended learning approaches.
• Proven experience designing and delivering engaging digital, facilitated and blended learning experiences from concept through to implementation and evaluation.
• Strong judgement and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions.
• Experience managing learning programmes, projects and learning technology including LMS content, pathways, reporting and learner experience.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder partnership skills across People teams, managers and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital, live and blended learning experiences applying adult learning principles and inclusive design.
• Own assigned learning programmes from scoping to evaluation, delivering high-quality experiences and resources.
• Collaborate with People colleagues, leaders and SMEs to identify capability needs and translate into practical solutions.
• Manage and improve our learning management system, using data, feedback, and AI-enabled approaches to scale.
• Encourage on-the-job development and continuous learning across the organisation.
