Job summary

You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality technical support and a consistent technology experience across the region, while acting as a key escalation point for complex issues.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Windows, M365, macOS, VMware Workspace ONE, and remote support tools, plus strong communication and stakeholder management to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven people management experience.
• Hands-on IT troubleshooting of desktops/laptops.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, M365, macOS, and endpoint tools.
