Job summary

NBC Global Finance Limited – Dublin is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to own day-to-day IT operations, ensuring a stable local technology environment and resilient services for NBCGF. You will coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve incidents and drive improvements in user experience.

The role blends hands-on technical support with operational ownership and stakeholder engagement, requiring strong problem-solving, risk awareness and clear communication to both

Qualifications

A degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Infrastructure, or a related technology discipline.
Experience in IT operations, service delivery, desktop support or infrastructure support, with ownership of incidents, requests and issues.
Knowledge of end-user computing, Microsoft 365, Windows devices and network/telecom basics.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day IT operations across NBCGF, ensuring services are stable, reliable and responsive.
Manage incidents, service requests and issues with clear communication and timely escalation.
Coordinate with NBCGF employees, NBC Group technology teams and external providers to ensure effective service delivery.
