Job summary

A leading construction recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Dublin for large-scale building projects worth €50M-€150M. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in main contracting with a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics. Responsibilities include managing a team of Intermediate and Junior QSs, as well as reporting to the Commercial Director. This role offers a salary up to €100K with an excellent package, including 2 days of remote work weekly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in main contracting.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Chartership opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Manage standalone and multiple projects from pre-contract to handover.

They wish to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage either a standalone or multiple projects. Your team will consist Project Intermediate Junior QS’s. Reporting to Commercial Director. From pre-contract thru to handover. Ideally you will have 10+ yrs experience preferably coming from Main Contracting background. Degree Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics. Chartership is available should you wish to pursue. WFH 2 days with the other 3 days office/site based. Salary to €100K with excellent package CIPD.
