Musgrave invites applications for an HR Officer role in Cork on a 12-month contract. You will support HR services for Company Owned stores, ensure policy compliance, and drive engagement initiatives. The role includes payroll oversight, training, investigations, and employee relations across the stores.

The candidate should have at least 3 years in HR, CIPD progression, and a third-level degree in Business/HR, with strong communication and organisational skills. A driving license is required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR role.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards it).
• A third level qualification in Business, HR or related field.
• Working knowledge of employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels across the business.
• An understanding of how to achieve business KPIs and targets.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and deliver high-quality results.
• A team player with proved resilience and ability to adapt to change.
• Full driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Single point of contact for HR support and queries.
• Management of payroll information and pay related queries.
• Provide guidance to stores ensuring policies are adhered to.
• Ensure stores comply with regulatory, legal and policy requirements, including regular audits of employee records.
• Contribute as a member of the HR team.
• Support Recruitment and Administration Officer to ensure optimum resourcing levels.
• Ensure appropriate training and development plans are in place for each employee.
• Promote harmonious working atmosphere through proactive employee communication and resolution of Employee Relations issues.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Train and induct all employees per Stores’ training plans.
