Job summary

ACCPRO is seeking an HR Administrator to join a growing Irish SME. You will report to the HR Manager, supporting a 360 HR cycle within a small team. The ideal candidate holds a HR/Business qualification and has 6–12 months' experience in a corporate setting.

The role offers broad exposure across employee records, payroll support, onboarding/offboarding, and performance initiatives, with a hybrid working pattern after probation.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in HR Management and/or Business (CIPD preferable).
• Excellent communicator who can liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and organisation of employee records and HR files.
• Support the payroll processes, approval and amendment of leave, expenses and timesheets.
• Assist with the onboarding process and offboarding processes.
• Assist with the co-ordination of periodic performance reviews and cultural initiatives.
