Job summary

CPL Group's hospitality client in Cork is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will support day-to-day HR activities, liaise with key business stakeholders, and ensure the function operates fully on-site.

Responsibilities include managing HR administration, recruitment through onboarding, induction, payroll submissions, and handling employee queries and ER issues, with a focus on engagement and compliance with Irish employment law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR role.
• Good knowledge of Irish employment law.
• Experience handling employee queries and ER issues.
• Experience with payroll submissions.

• Advise and support management in all aspects of managing their team including; recruitment, training, performance management and employee engagement,

• Schedule and coordinate training
• Advise and assist management on ER related issues
• Compile and submit weekly payroll submission
