Zusammenfassung

GeistM, a global full-funnel performance marketing company, is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager in Dublin. You will own strategy, execution, and growth across a portfolio of client accounts, with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads and cross-functional collaboration with Creative and Content teams.

You will lead client conversations, develop junior team members, and balance campaign performance with client relationships in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years hands-on performance marketing experience (agency/multi-client).
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager: structure, audiences, budgets, testing, scaling.
• Experience managing meaningful paid-media budgets and targets (CPA, ROAS, revenue).
• Experience handling multiple client accounts and owning strategy and execution.

Aufgaben

• Own strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling across client accounts.
• Lead client calls, performance discussions, kickoffs, and QBRs.
• Translate campaign data into insights, recommendations, and action plans.
• Own client budgets, pacing, forecasts, and net revenue projections.
• Develop testing roadmaps across creative, messaging, audiences, placements, and new channels.
• Mentor junior marketers and lead the Growth team.
