GeistM is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead strategy, execution, and growth across multiple client accounts. This hands-on role emphasizes Meta Ads mastery, cross-functional collaboration, and people leadership to scale campaigns.

You will own performance across paid social, native, and search channels, work closely with Creative and Content to test and optimize, and mentor junior members of the Growth team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years in hands-on performance marketing, agency or multi-client environment.
• Strong expertise with Meta Ads Manager and paid social optimization.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategy.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy, execution, and scaling across client accounts.
• Lead client calls, reviews, and QBRs with clear recommendations.
• Mentor and develop junior marketers on the Growth team.
• Manage client budgets, pacing, and revenue projections.
• Collaborate with Creative and Content to inform testing roadmaps.
