Job summary

Mercer in Dublin is seeking a junior investment analyst to join the Delegated Solutions International Client Team. The role supports senior investment consultants and liaises with operations, portfolio management, and research colleagues to deliver a high-quality client experience.

You will develop knowledge of Mercer’s delegated fund structures, assist with performance analysis and asset allocation commentary, and help produce investment reports and client communications.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification with a strong academic track record (minimum 2.1 degree).
• Actuarial graduate or finance graduate working towards CFA or similar.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Mercer’s delegated fund structures and solutions.
• Support senior consultants on performance analysis, asset allocation, and economic commentary.
• Collaborate with operations, portfolio management and research teams to deliver client outputs.
• Manage client onboarding projects and production of bespoke investment reports.
• Support client-service delivery to ensure a scalable, first-class experience.
• Coordinate with the performance reporting unit to deliver timely reports.
