Quadient in Ireland is seeking a leader to own e-commerce end-to-end, with full P&L accountability and a clear growth mandate. You will set the strategy and lead the team delivering it across digital channels, while aligning with Sales, IT and Finance to maximise revenue and customer value.

This role requires significant e-commerce leadership experience, proven online growth, and the ability to move business models toward self-service. Hybrid work is offered alongside competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in e-commerce or commercial leadership, including global exposure.
• Proven track record of online revenue growth with full P&L ownership.
• Deep data fluency; data drives customer insight and decisions.
• Experience moving from sales-led to digital or self-service models.

Responsabilités

• Grow e-commerce as a strategic channel with revenue, CAC, LTV and OPEX ownership.
• Own quarterly targets and forecast delivery across the business.
• Lead SMB shift to digital-first self-service experiences.
• Own the platform roadmap with IT, MarTech and R&D collaboration.
• Build a best-in-class analytics framework across channels.
• Apply AI, automation and experimentation to personalisation and performance.
• Lead and grow a high-performing team with scalable structure.
