Keeper is hiring a Systems Support Engineer to join our B2B EMEA support team in Ireland. The role offers hybrid work for those near Cork and fully remote for others, with a focus on technical support and customer experience.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in IT management and system administration, strong AD/SSO experience, and hands-on Linux/Windows/macOS troubleshooting. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT management and system administration experience.
• Experience with Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux administration.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, Active Directory, and security networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support and resolution analysis for clients.
• Assist customers in installation and deployment of Keeper software.
• Track and monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate critical customer situations to management and engineering.
• Communicate technical issues and solutions to engineering, QA, sales and customers.
