Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring an experienced Sales Engineer to support the EMEA B2B sales team. This hybrid/remote role requires residing in Ireland or the UK with a Cork office, or fully remote access for other locations in Ireland or the UK.

You will identify technical requirements, match them to Keeper solutions, provide product trials, assist with implementation, and deliver high-quality technical support across pre- and post-sales cycles.

Qualifications

5+ years in a pre-sales technical role (Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and UNIX/Linux.
Outstanding presentation skills with technical and executive audiences.
Technical background in networking and security; cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales technical support for Keeper products during the sales process.
Collaborate with sales to identify customer needs and align with Keeper solutions.
Conduct remote and on-site product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Assist with implementation and integration and provide level-2 technical support.
Stay updated on product features and industry trends; engage with customers.
