Job summary

Würth Ireland seeks an eBusiness Support Executive at our head office in Limerick. This hybrid role focuses on coordinating eProcurement, managing records and supporting SAP-based processes within a dynamic multinational environment.

You will liaise with internal teams and customers, maintain documentation, and produce KPI reports while leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI. Head of Digital reports to the role and extensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Good communicator with strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate multiple activities.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of eProcurement, SAP ERP, SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer customer eProcurement and EDI connections.
• Act as the main contact for setup requests, queries and post-implementation support.
• Liaise with internal IT teams, customers and suppliers to coordinate integration requirements.
• Maintain platform settings, system records and documentation.
• Support testing of orders, invoices, credit notes and SAP processes.
• Investigate and escalate issues affecting online orders and eBusiness systems.
• Produce regular performance reports, KPI dashboards and management information.
• Collaborate with Würth colleagues across countries to ensure timely completion.
