BCL Legal is instructed by a well-regarded international firm in Dublin to hire a Financial Regulation Solicitor (3-6 PQE). The role offers high-calibre regulatory work for global clients with direct partner access and client-face time.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-contentious financial regulation or investment funds regulation.
• Strong knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks and CBI guidelines.
• Commercial, practical approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on core EU and Irish regulatory regimes (MiFID II, AIFMD, UCITS, DORA, SFDR).
• Handle CBI applications, authorisations, and governance matters.
• Navigate regulatory changes and cross-border issues for global clients.
• Collaborate with international colleagues on cross-border client matters.
