You’ll lead transformation programmes, manage stakeholder communications, and contribute to project planning, delivering tangible outcomes while working with a diverse, inclusive EY culture and hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree and professional experience, ideally on major transformation programmes.
• You understand change and transformation projects and have experience delivering change initiatives.
• You’re quick to grasp complex business problems and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• You’ll support client engagements across both private and public sectors, focusing on change management, project delivery, and business readiness.
• You’ll be involved in transformation programmes including technology and organisation design initiatives.
• You’ll manage stakeholder engagement, communications, and implementation activities.
• You’ll also contribute to project planning and delivery, working closely with management to ensure successful outcomes.
