Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Change Manager for a Cork-based hybrid contract role. You will lead the organization’s change management framework, working with project teams and leadership to ensure adoption of new tools and ways of working to deliver real business value.

The role covers governance, training, stakeholder engagement, and measurement of adoption across multiple projects from discovery through to operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organization-wide change management initiatives.
• Ability to build tools, templates, and guidelines for projects.
• Experience coordinating with leaders and project teams across business units.
• Strong stakeholder communication and training delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-friendly change tools, templates, and guidelines scaled to project size and risk.
• Set up governance, reporting, and a master roadmap to track change impact across the business.
• Coach project teams and train change champions to build internal change capabilities.
• Support multiple projects from discovery to launch and transition to daily operations.
• Assess project impacts on teams, roles, systems, and processes.
• Create and execute communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Partner with leaders to guide teams through transition, manage resistance, and drive adoption.
• Track adoption rates, readiness, and risks using clear metrics and dashboards.
• Report status, key decisions, and risks to leadership forums.
• Gather feedback and lessons learned to refine the change process.

• Daily Rate Contract

The Change Manager builds and leads the organization's change management framework. This hands-on role works across project teams and leadership to ensure new tools, processes, and ways of working are smoothly adopted and deliver real business value.
