Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is seeking an Insight Analyst to join its Applied Insights & Analytics team. The role sits in a hybrid environment, requiring 2–3 days in the office and collaboration across Trading, Buying & Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Finance, and Customer teams.

You will transform data into actionable insights, develop dashboards and reporting packs, and drive data-driven decisions that support commercial growth and operational performance with strong analytical

Qualifications

Experience in analytics, insights, reporting, or commercial analysis within retail or consumer-focused environments.
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, with dashboard/reporting experience.
Strong commercial awareness linking data to sales growth and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Deliver impactful insights by partnering with stakeholders to understand challenges and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Analyse complex datasets using SQL and reporting tools to uncover trends and support decisions across Commercial functions.
Create data-driven stories with visualisations and concise recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting packs with consistent outputs.
Identify manual processes and opportunities to streamline reporting and improve insight delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional Data & Analytics teams to ensure trusted, insight-led outcomes.
