Job summary

Primark in Dublin is seeking an Investment, Performance & Optimisation Manager to ensure Customer Marketing investment is strategically aligned, commercially effective and optimised across a global portfolio.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across Customer Marketing, Digital, Finance and Commercial to provide financial insight, forecasting and data-driven recommendations that drive value and performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience managing significant budgets in a global retailer or similar.
• Strong commercial judgement and financial modelling ability.
• Experience connecting investment decisions to business performance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual investment planning process for the Customer Marketing portfolio.
• Translate business plans into investment requirements and identify trade-offs.
• Forecast and reforecast investment, providing visibility of obligations and risks.
• Partner with Finance and Marketing to strengthen understanding of marketing effectiveness.
• Drive transformation and continuous improvement in investment planning and performance.
