Job summary

TOM People is partnering with a leading Irish financial services organisation to hire a Senior Data Analyst in Dublin, with 2 days per week in the office. You will work in transformation and analytics, turning complex data into insights that influence growth and business decisions.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, develop data-driven solutions, and drive automated reporting across sales, marketing and customer analytics. Hybrid work model in place.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Data Analytics, Commercial Analytics, BI, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards end-to-end with Power Query and DAX.
• Strong SQL skills with experience across multiple data sources and ETL.
• Ability to translate business questions into effective data and reporting solutions.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and non-technical users.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to own deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a suite of commercial analytics and reporting solutions that support business strategy and decision-making.
• Create actionable insights with the right data around customer analytics, next best offers, lead funnel/customer lifecycle, trend visualisation, etc.
• Working with multiple data sources to understand data flows to improve data quality and reporting.
• Partnering with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
• Driving automation and reporting improvements, reducing manual processes and increasing business efficiency and data quality.
