Uniphar is seeking a highly motivated customer service agent based in Ireland with a strong track record in supporting customers and managing orders. The role includes order processing, telephone support, and CRM-driven query resolution in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will use SAP and CRM systems, leverage MS Office, and contribute to improving processes across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role.
• SAP and CRM Experience.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsabilités

• Order processing and interface management.
• Hunt-line telephone support.
• Financial document preparation (Credits, Debits, Return Orders).
• Advise customers on product availability and delivery schedules.
• Log customer queries in CRM and follow up until resolution.
• Highlight delays to Team Leader or Manager and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
