Job summary

Principle HR in Dublin is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join the global payment operations team of a leading multinational technology company. The role focuses on payments, not invoice processing, and will own global payment runs and issue resolution.

You will work in a hybrid setup, three days on site in Ballsbridge, with a 9-month contract, competitive salary of €99,000 per annum plus bonus and pension, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay
• Strong experience with payment processing and payment runs
• Hands-on with ERP/AP systems such as Oracle Fusion or SAP
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly global payment batches and ensure timely processing
• Investigate failed payments, bank rejections, and duplicates
• Act as SME for Accounts Payable and guide payment policies
• Support outsourced payment processing teams and resolve escalations
• Collaborate with Treasury to resolve payment issues
• Analyze payment data to drive process improvements
• Maintain controls to support compliance and audits
• Provide occasional support with invoice processing
