Job summary

FRS Recruitment is assisting a Cavan-based broker to recruit a Commercial Client Executive. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of commercial clients, renewals, and new business development within a hybrid working pattern.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the Irish commercial insurance market, excellent client relations, and relevant CIP/APA credentials or grandfathered status.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Commercial Insurance is essential.
• CIP/APA qualification or Grandfathered status is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Irish commercial insurance market is beneficial.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Advise clients across a range of commercial insurance products.
• Manage the full renewal process, from reviewing client requirements through to negotiating terms and securing appropriate cover.
• Handle policy adjustments, mid-term amendments and day-to-day client queries.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and generate new business.
• Using market knowledge and insurer relationships to deliver the right solutions for clients.
• Prepare and process insurance documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure activity complies with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service.
