Job summary

Eurostaffs is seeking a Client Activation Specialist in Ireland to consult with existing accounts and help them activate their jobs on our platform. You will handle daily non-spending, recent spending and win-back clients via phone and email, tailoring solutions to each client’s recruiting needs.

The role emphasizes outbound calling, client education, and achieving quarterly revenue targets within a hybrid model with in-office days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in online advertising, SEM, PPC, job advertising, or staffing agencies.
• Proven influencing and sales skills with a passion for educating, servicing, and selling to clients.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and customer-focused interactions.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact non-spending, recent spending and win-back clients to present offers.
• Educate and position Eurostaffs products to maximize success for SMBs in their recruiting journey.
• Promote Eurostaffs products and demonstrate return on investment.
• Meet assigned quarterly goals including revenue and conversion.
• Deliver great client experiences and outcomes so clients are retained.
• Meet performance and productivity standards set by the team and health metrics.
• Educate clients on our products and ensure accounts are engaged and feature adoption is high.
