Job summary

Eurostaffs is seeking a Specialist, Client Development (German speaker) in Dublin. This full-time, on-site role focuses on activating client postings, understanding client needs, and driving engagement with Eurostaffs’s PPC/advertising products.

You will engage with accounts via phone and email to promote solutions, educate on product suites, and achieve revenue and retention targets while delivering strong client experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in online advertising, SEM, PPC, job advertising, or staffing agencies.
• Proven influencing and sales skills; ability to educate, service and sell to clients.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to listen and engage customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks.
• Self-motivated to make high volumes of outbound calls daily.

Responsibilities

• Consult with existing accounts to activate jobs on our website.
• Identify client needs and present opportunities to help them succeed.
• Assist with client re-engagement or reactivation.
• Educate clients on product suite for optimized usage and feature adoption.
• Promote products and services to SMBs with ROI focus.
• Achieve quarterly revenue, conversion, and productivity targets.
