Job summary

Eurofins Scientific, a leading international life sciences company, is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Support Executive for a 12-month hybrid contract in Ireland. The role focuses on building pipeline opportunities, supporting customer engagement, and delivering marketing campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Qualifications (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience in a sales role, customer services or sales environment is required.
• Strong interest in developing a career in sales and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support generation and qualification of new business leads across target sectors.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and opportunities.
• Assist in building and maintaining an active sales pipeline.
• Support outreach activities (email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, follow-ups).
• Coordinate and track inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Support preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Coordinate planning and delivery of client workshops, webinars, and events.
