Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Commercial & Operations Associate to support revenue targets and drive business development across Ireland's Environment Testing services. You will manage a portfolio of customers, identify opportunities, and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to service delivery.

You will collaborate with marketing, coordinate with drivers and Synchro teams, and act as the main contact for customers and internal stakeholders, helping to ensure high-quality service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an accredited contract testing laboratory is preferred.
• Customer facing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and develop prospects to create a project pipeline of sufficient value to achieve and sustain growth objectives.
• Maintain pipeline updates and weekly commercial reports.
• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Group Marketing to develop sales materials and promote the Eurofins brand.
• Support tender processes by conducting quality reviews and developing high-quality proposals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate planning and scheduling of driver jobs in Synchro teams to support service delivery.
• Review routes to target new customers on selected routes.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and service delivery for existing clients.
