Job summary

FreshTech, a fast-growing global technology business in Dublin, is seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to join its IT Systems team. The role spans IAM, device management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and collaboration tools across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Slack.

You will gain exposure to security, networking and internal infrastructure while supporting end users and maintaining documentation. The position offers a hybrid working model and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta or OneLogin.
• Familiarity with Intune or Jamf.
• Experience using ServiceNow, Jira or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Slack.
• Basic enterprise networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Commercial IT support / systems administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer identity platforms such as Okta / OneLogin; support Microsoft Intune / Jamf and endpoint management.
• Helpdesk support.
• Assist with software deployments, patching and OS updates.
• Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, VPN and firewall issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Slack.
• Manage user joiner/mover/leaver processes and access controls.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge‑base articles.
• Assist with office networking, AV and infrastructure.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation when required.
