Job summary

SMBC is seeking a detail-oriented Security Analyst to join the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team in Tralee. This hybrid role combines remote work with onsite collaboration to protect information across our global financial services platform.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IAM, hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID, and demonstrates strong analytical skills. You will manage access provisioning and support continuous security operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Security Analyst/IAM or related role.
• Hands-on with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of IAM principles and user lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain user and group configurations in Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Triage and resolve access-related incidents and service requests.
• Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes for access provisioning.
• Troubleshoot authentication and access issues across platforms.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with IAM Engineering to support automation and improvements.
