Job summary

CameraMatics LLC. is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage our corporate IT environment, focusing on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, and core business apps. Reporting to the Head of IT, Security & Compliance, you will be the hands-on contact for employees across offices.

This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite in Dublin or Waterford and 2 days remote, with travel between Irish offices and occasional UK visits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a Systems Administrator/IT Operations role in a SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID (Azure AD), including CA and MFA.
• Practical experience with an MDM platform, ideally Microsoft Intune, managing Windows and macOS devices.
• Experience administering Salesforce (user/licence management, security settings) as in-house admin.
• Experience running joiner/mover/leaver (JML) processes and IT asset tracking.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel between Dublin and Waterford offices, with occasional UK travel.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) including licensing and day-to-day support.
• Own endpoint management via Microsoft Intune (enrolment, policies, configuration, Autopilot for new starters).
• Maintain IT asset register and coordinate hardware procurement, lifecycle, and secure disposal.
• Administer Salesforce at system level (users, licences, security) and coordinate with business on config changes.
• Support SaaS governance: tracking app usage, licences, and shadow IT.
• Serve as escalation point for helpdesk on identity, devices, and core apps across offices.
• Manage and review access provisioning and deprovisioning across platforms.
