Job summary

ThreatDown is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Cork finance team. Hybrid work arrangement (2 days in Cork) with responsibilities spanning AR inquiries, aging, and billing-related questions.

You will interact with international customers, coordinate with Sales and Finance, and support month‑end closings and audits. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and at least 2 years in AR/Credit & Collections within multinational settings, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, reconciliations and collections.
• Experience with ERP NetSuite is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve AR inquiries from internal stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure timely collection of invoices.
• Communicate with international customers regarding invoices and disputes.
• Review and process credit card payments and resolve declines or issues.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams on billing and collections.
• Assist month-end closing with AR reconciliations.
• Support audits with documentation and account info.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve AR processes.
