Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience in an Accounts Receivable (AR) or Credit Control environment.
• Educated to at least Certificate or Diploma level.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional dispute resolution workflows with Sales and Customer Service, enforcing SLAs to prevent dispute escalation.
• Evaluate credit holds and autonomous order release decisions within delegated authority.
• Conduct periodic financial risk assessments and credit limit reviews using third-party data and financial statements.
• Monitor account balances and enforce compliance with credit limits and payment terms.
