Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional dispute resolution workflows with Sales and Customer Service, enforcing SLAs.
• Evaluate credit holds and autonomous order release within limits.
• Conduct periodic financial risk assessments and credit limit reviews.
• Monitor account balances and enforce credit terms.
• Resolve unallocated cash and unapplied receipts to reflect real-time exposure.
