Job summary

Avery Dennison in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to manage credit risk, collections and query resolution for a key customer portfolio. You will drive process improvements, automation and reporting to support monthly collection targets.

Hybrid work from our Shared Service Centre in Cork. Responsibilities include resolving disputes with Sales and Customer Service, evaluating credit holds, and ensuring compliance with credit limits and payment terms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control required.
• English fluency with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with data analysis and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit risk, collections and dispute resolution for key customers.
• Drive process improvements, automation and accurate reporting to hit monthly targets.
• Monitor credit limits, payment terms and unallocated cash, taking action as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve disputes within SLAs.
• Review financial data and risk to inform credit decisions.
