Morgan McKinley Ireland is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for Dublin 2 on a 6-month initial contract. The role supports a high-volume AP function across international markets, reporting to the AP Manager, with a focus on accurate supplier payments and timely processing in a hybrid office-based environment.

Key responsibilities include managing the AP inbox, three-way matching, supplier queries, payment runs, month-end tasks, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Qualificações

• Experience in high-volume Accounts Payable environments.
• Proficient in three-way matching and supplier payments.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a busy AP inbox and prioritise tasks.
• Support end-to-end AP cycle and three-way matching.
• Process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Respond to supplier queries and resolve invoice issues.
• Prepare payment runs and bank transfers.
