Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join its Finance Shared Services team. Reporting to the Head of Purchase to Pay, you will manage supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations across Ireland and the UK in a fast-paced environment.

The role is permanent, 40 hours per week with a hybrid pattern. Key requirements include 5+ years in a busy finance function, strong Excel skills and experience with Agresso.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in a busy finance function.
• Strong accounts payable and purchase ledger posting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Agresso experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt and processing of supplier invoices in ERP (Agresso).
• Handle supplier relationships and reconciliation of accounts.
• Prepare and manage payments, adhering to terms and cash flow.
• Verify employee expenses and payments per policy.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries and resolve queries.
• Analyze aged items and drive resolution; streamline workflows.
