Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced HVAC / Air Conditioning Service Manager to lead and develop the Dublin service operation. The role focuses on managing the Dublin service team, coordinating with engineers and the wider management group to deliver high standards of service.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee reactive service and planned maintenance, support quotations and contract delivery, and contribute to recruiting and developing a strong engineering team in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Experienced in HVAC / Air Conditioning service management or senior engineering with leadership potential.
• Ability to lead, develop and coach a team while delivering high standards of service.
• Strong technical credibility and people skills with ambition to move into management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the Dublin service engineering team.
• Manage day-to-day reactive service and planned maintenance delivery.
• Support engineers with technical and operational issues.
• Coordinate workloads, priorities and customer requirements.
• Maintain high standards of service delivery and customer communication.
• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with service coordinators and support teams.
• Assist quotations, contract delivery and commercial performance.
• Recruit, develop and retain a strong engineering team.
• Collaborate with senior management to grow the Dublin service operation.
