Job summary

Kelly RAC in Dublin is seeking an HVAC / Air Conditioning Service Manager to lead and develop our Dublin service operation. You will take day-to-day responsibility for the Dublin service team, working with experienced engineers and supported by the wider Kelly RAC service and management team.

The role offers management training and development, with a clear path to senior leadership. A genuine opportunity to influence the future development of our Dublin service operation.

Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC/air conditioning service manager or senior engineer transitioning to management.
• Strong technical background with people leadership skills.
• Willingness to undertake management training and development.

Kelly RAC is recruiting a HVAC / Air Conditioning Service Manager to lead and develop our Dublin service operation.

We’re interested in hearing from experienced Service Managers, but equally from strong Senior HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineers who have the technical credibility, people skills and ambition to take the next step into management.

The Role

You’ll take day-to-day responsibility for our Dublin service team, working with experienced engineers and supported by the wider Kelly RAC service and management team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading, supporting and developing the Dublin service engineering team
• Managing the day-to-day delivery of reactive service and planned maintenance
• Supporting engineers with technical and operational issues
• Managing workloads, priorities and customer requirements
• Maintaining high standards of service delivery and customer communication
• Monitoring team performance and driving continuous improvement
• Working closely with our service coordinators and support team
• Supporting quotations, contract delivery and commercial performance
• Helping recruit, develop and retain a strong engineering team
• Working directly with senior management to develop and grow our Dublin service operation

Who We’re Looking For

You may already be an experienced HVAC / Air Conditioning Service Manager.

Or you may be the senior engineer other engineers naturally turn to — someone with strong technical experience, good people skills and the ability to lead, who is ready to move into management.

Previous management experience is an advantage, but it is not essential for the right senior engineer.

For someone making the step from engineering into management, Kelly RAC will provide management training, development and support to help make that transition successfully.

What We’re Offering

€80,000–€95,000 total cash package, depending on experience and performance, inclusive of performance-related bonus.
