An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join a progressive, creative organisation with an international footprint across Ireland and the UK.
This is a broad HR operations role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong operational delivery with stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes, systems and employee services operate effectively across the business.
Location: Dublin City
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week on site
Contract: Permanent
The Role
You will be responsible for the effective delivery of HR operations, working closely with stakeholders and providing a high-quality, commercially focused HR service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and continuously improving HR operational processes and procedures.
- Acting as a key point of contact for HR operations queries and providing practical, solutions-focused support.
- Managing and maintaining HR systems and ensuring accurate employee data.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
- Supporting the effective delivery of employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding through to offboarding.
- Using HR data and analytics to identify trends, improve processes and support decision-making.
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
- Supporting payroll processes and liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and the employee experience.
- Contributing to wider HR projects and initiatives as required.
About You
We are looking for an experienced HR operations professional who is organised, analytical and confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience in an HR Operations / HR Management role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent HRIS literacy and confidence working with HR systems and data.
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality, ethics and professional HR practice.
The following would be advantageous:
- Experience using AI tools, together with an interest and curiosity in exploring how AI can improve HR processes.
- Previous responsibility for, or significant involvement in, payroll management.
- Experience supporting HR operations across more than one jurisdiction.
