  • Provide strategic oversight of HR Operations, ensuring consistent delivery across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Support business transformation initiatives including restructures, workforce planning, organisational design and change programmes.
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, policies and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish and UK employment legislation and company policies.
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, improve performance and enhance the employee experience.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted adviser across the business.
  • Work closely with Centres of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Payroll and other HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions.
Requirements
  • Significant experience within HR Operations or HR Business Partnering in a large multinational organisation.
  • Proven experience leading and developing senior HR professionals or HR leadership teams.
  • Experience supporting large employee populations, ideally several thousand employees.
  • Strong background managing complex employee relations issues, restructures, workforce transformation and change programmes.
  • Experience operating within highly matrixed, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation; experience supporting the UK is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using HR metrics and data to drive operational improvements and support business decisions.
  • Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, with CIPD or equivalent HR qualification desirable.

In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will receive an annual bonus, car allowance, comprehensive healthcare and a market-leading benefits package, along with the opportunity to develop their career within a global organisation committed to growth and internal progression.
