We are seeking an experienced, hands-on HR & People Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day people function and help professionalise and develop HR processes as the business continues to grow. This is a broad role covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and people management across teams in Ireland, the UK and India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with department heads on hiring requirements.
- Develop and implement a structured and consistent recruitment process.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end employee onboarding process, establishing a consistent company-wide framework while working with departments on role-specific induction and training.
- Coordinate all pre-employment and onboarding requirements, including contracts, policies, IT access, equipment and structured probation and 30/60/90-day check-ins.
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR matters, providing practical advice and support to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
- Support managers with employee relations and performance matters, including probation, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Ensure HR policies, processes, employee records and documentation are accurate, compliant and consistently applied across the organisation.
- Support HR and people matters across Ireland, the UK and India, including managing and supporting the existing HR resource in India and coordinating with external advisers where required.
- Build strong relationships with department heads and the leadership team, acting as a trusted HR partner and supporting managers to develop effective people-management practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve and standardise HR processes, helping to build scalable people practices that support the continued growth of the business.
- Provide relevant HR reporting, insights and recommendations to the CFO and wider leadership team.
Key Requirements:
- Strong generalist HR experience at HR Manager, Senior HR Generalist, People Operations Manager or similar level.
- Proven experience managing recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong experience developing or managing employee onboarding programmes.
- Good working knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
- Experience supporting UK employees, with knowledge of UK employment practices highly advantageous.
- Experience working within an international or multi-jurisdictional organisation is desirable.
- Strong employee relations experience and confidence dealing with complex HR matters.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A practical, hands‑on approach with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR qualification is desirable.
