Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience at manager or senior level.
• Proven recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Experience developing onboarding programmes.
• Knowledge of Irish employment law.
• Experience supporting UK employees is advantageous.
• Experience in international or multi-jurisdictional organisations desirable.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment process and partner with department heads on hiring.
• Develop and implement a structured recruitment framework.
• Own end-to-end onboarding with a company-wide framework and role-specific induction.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding needs (contracts, IT access, equipment, probation reviews).
• Act as first point of contact for day-to-day HR matters and advise managers.
• Support managers with employee relations and performance processes.
• Ensure HR records, policies and documentation are compliant and consistently applied.
• Support HR matters across Ireland, the UK and India, coordinating with India-based HR and external advisers.
• Build relationships with leadership to promote effective people-management practices.
• Identify opportunities to standardise HR processes and scale the function.
• Provide HR reporting and insights to the CFO and leadership team.
