Job summary

Morgan McKinley are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a long-established and highly respected Irish manufacturing business to appoint an experienced HR Manager. This is an onsite Dublin North role giving you ownership of a standalone HR function, working with the senior leadership team to drive transformation, systems implementations and people development.

You will lead recruitment, employee relations, policy development and engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with Irish

Qualifications

• HR qualification with strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
• Experience in a standalone HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager role.
• Strong employee relations and business partnering experience.
• Confident influencing managers and building relationships across all levels.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Lead the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to offboarding.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance and people development.
• Drive Learning & Development and performance management initiatives.
• Ensure HR compliance with Irish employment legislation and best practice.

Morgan McKinley are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a long-established and highly respected Irish manufacturing business to appoint an experienced HR Manager.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious HR professional who is ready to take ownership of a standalone HR function while working as a key member of the senior leadership team. You'll inherit a well-established HR function with strong foundations already in place, allowing you to focus on developing people, supporting managers and driving strategic initiatives rather than building processes from scratch.

The business is entering an exciting period of transformation, including significant investment in a new manufacturing facility and major systems implementation projects, giving the successful candidate genuine exposure to organisational change and business partnering at a senior level.

This role is onsite in Dublin North with some flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
