Job summary

HR Search is seeking an experienced HR professional to take ownership of the day-to-day HR function in a growing organisation in Ireland. The role covers the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, development and exit.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and HR processes, act as the main point of contact for staff and managers, and support performance management, investigations, payroll, and visa renewals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a broad HR/generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and employee relations.
• Experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR systems and payroll processes.
• Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working independently.
