Job summary

STRIVE Search is seeking an HR Generalist for a growing pharmaceutical company in South Dublin. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and employee relations, offering exposure to HR projects across the business.

You will work closely with managers and employees, supporting day-to-day HR matters and driving initiatives to develop the organisation. This hands-on position rewards autonomy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a hands-on HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
