HR Search is seeking a commercially minded Strategic HR Business Partner to join a complex, international organisation in Dublin. You will operate at pace, shaping strategy with senior leaders and driving organisational change during a period of transformation.

Initially an interim role with potential to become permanent, the position requires resilience, strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate data into practical people solutions.

• Several years' experience in strategic HRBP, organisational effectiveness or transformation.
• Experience in a complex, global, fast-paced organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach to navigate ambiguity.

Dublin 2 | Immediate Start | Strong Potential to Move into a Permanent Role | 3 days per week on site | You must be available to start in this new role within 1 - 2 weeks.

I’m working on an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Strategic HR Business Partner to join a complex, international organisation undergoing significant change and transformation.

Initially an interim opportunity, there is plenty of potential for the role to become permanent for the right person.

This is not a role for someone who needs everything neatly structured and defined. You’ll need to be comfortable operating at pace, navigating ambiguity, challenging senior stakeholders and helping the business evolve in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with senior leaders across global Group Functions.
• Supporting organisational design, workforce planning and restructuring.
• Driving organisational effectiveness, performance and accountability.
• Supporting transformation, talent development and succession planning.
• Using data and commercial insight to influence decisions and deliver practical solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• A number of years' experience in strategic HRBP, organisational effectiveness or transformation roles.
• Experience in a complex, global, fast-paced organisation experiencing significant change.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• A hands-on, pragmatic approach, with the resilience to navigate ambiguity and get things done.

Experience in a multinational, matrixed or industrial environment would be advantageous.
