Job summary

PE Global are recruiting for an HR Business Partner for our pharmaceutical client based in Ballydine, Tipperary. This is an initial 12-month contract role, with hybrid working options.

You will partner with leaders across client groups to deliver people priorities, provide coaching on employee relations, organisation design and policy matters, and support talent and culture initiatives. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters.
• Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and managers to support delivery of business and people priorities across your client groups.
• Provide practical coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance, talent, organisation design, change and people policies.
• Support managers in handling employee matters, ensuring a fair, consistent and commercially balanced approach.
• Contribute to the site's industrial relations agenda supporting Ballydine's partnership approach.
• Support talent, succession, engagement and culture initiatives across the business.
• Advise leaders on organisational change and the people impact of business decisions.
• Use data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making and drive improvement.
• Lead or support local and/or Ireland HR projects.
• Work closely with the wider Ireland HR team and COE’s to deliver HR programmes and initiatives.
• Act as delegate for the HR Lead when required.
