Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Employee Relations specialist to provide expert ER support across the business and partner with managers to deliver fair, consistent, and commercially focused outcomes.

You will manage WRC claims, gather and review documentation, liaise with managers and legal representatives, and prepare submissions for WRC proceedings while minimising organisational risk. The role requires attending hearings and implementing action plans from outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated employee relations experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Irish employment law and WRC procedures.
  • Experience attending WRC hearings and handling complex ER cases with unions.

Job description

  • Strong understanding of Irish employment law and WRC procedures
  • Experience attending WRC hearings.
  • Experience managing complex employee and industrial relations cases, including engagement with trade unions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Practical, solution-oriented approach with strong judgement and commercial awareness
