Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Employee Relations specialist to provide expert ER support across the business and partner with managers to deliver fair, consistent, and commercially focused outcomes.

You will manage WRC claims, gather and review documentation, liaise with managers and legal representatives, and prepare submissions for WRC proceedings while minimising organisational risk. The role requires attending hearings and implementing action plans from outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated employee relations experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Irish employment law and WRC procedures.
  • Experience attending WRC hearings and handling complex ER cases with unions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage WRC claims and employment relations cases from initiation through to resolution.
  • Gather, review, and maintain all relevant case documentation and evidence.
  • Liaise with managers, employees, legal representatives.
  • Prepare submissions, correspondence, and supporting documentation for WRC proceedings.
  • Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters to minimise organisational risk.
  • Attend WRC hearings, mediations, reconciliations, and related meetings where required, representing and supporting the organisation throughout the process.
  • Monitor outcomes and implement any resulting actions or recommendations.
